The 38th Parliament of Ontario is the current legislature of the government of Ontario, which officially opened November 19th, 2003, at Queen's Park in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

- The legislature conducted a secret vote to elect the Speaker of the legislature. Liberal Party of Ontario Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) Alvin Curling is elected as Speaker. He is the first black Speaker of the Ontario legislature.
