The Southland Conference is a college athletic conference which operates in the south central United States. It participates in the NCAA's Division I-AA for football and Division I for all other sports.
There are twelve partial or full-time member schools:

- Lamar University
- University of Louisiana Monroe [non-football member]
- McNeese State University
- Nicholls State University
- Northwestern State University
- Sam Houston State University
- Southeastern Louisiana University [no football program]
- Stephen F. Austin University
- Texas State University-San Marcos
- University of Texas at Arlington [no football program]
- University of Texas at San Antonio [no football program]
