Agram Township is a township located in Morrison County, Minnesota, named after Agram, the German name of Zagreb, Croatia. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 534.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 52.0 km² (20.1 mi²). 50.9 km² (19.7 mi²) of it is land and 1.1 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 2.04% water.

Demographics

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 534 people, 171 households, and 140 families residing in the township. The population density is 10.5/km² (27.1/mi²). There are 199 housing units at an average density of 3.9/km² (10.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 99.44% White, 0.37% Asian, 0.00% from other races, and 0.19% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 171 households out of which 44.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.9% are married couples living together, 4.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 18.1% are non-families. 14.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 3.12 and the average family size is 3.46.

In the township the population is spread out with 32.8% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 30.1% from 25 to 44, 19.3% from 45 to 64, and 9.2% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 32 years. For every 100 females there are 119.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 115.0 males.
