Alan B. Mollohan (born May 14, 1943), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the Second Congressional District of West Virginia, since 1983. Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, he attended Greenbrier Military School and the College of William and Mary, completing a Law degree in West Virginia University. In the House, he serves on the House Appropriations Committee.
