ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) is a protest organization established by the International Action Center, which was founded by former United States attorney general Ramsey Clark. It has organized many of the largest anti-war and anti-repression demonstrations in the United States since Sept. 11, 2001.

Many of ANSWER's leaders are members of the Workers World Party, a fringe neo-Stalinist organization. Some US conservatives and supporters of the George W. Bush administration have made much of this tie, and accused the entire anti-war movement of being Stalinists or Stalinist dupes. Anti-war activists excused these ties by claiming that the movement against the Iraq war in its early stages needed all the help that it could get, and that most participants in demonstrations in which ANSWER participated in organizing rejected the views of the WWP.
