Aqua is the name given for the interface design model developed by the Apple Computer corporation and released with their Mac OS X. It is characterized by gel-like, glassy buttons and animated pulsing glows.

Aqua is also the name of a very popular 1990s European music band, perhaps most famously known for its popular song, "Barbie Girl", which ultimately lead to a lawsuit filed by Barbie maker Mattel.
