Bill Walsh is a former American football head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford University. Has a home in Pacific Grove.


Bill Walsh (September 30, 1913 - January 27, 1975) was a movie producer and writer who primarily worked on "wholesome" family comedies.

He was born in New York City.

For his work on Mary Poppins he shared nominations for Best Picture with Walt Disney, and for Best Writing, Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium with Don DaGradi.

He died in Los Angeles, California.
