Bow-Lingual is a computer-based dog-to-human language translation device invented in Japan. In 2002, Bow-Lingual's inventors Keita Sato, President of Takara Company; Dr. Matsumi Suzuki, President of Japan Acoustic Lab; and Dr. Norio Kogure, Executive Director, Kogure Veterinary Hospital, won an Ig Nobel Prize for promoting peace and harmony between the species. Bow-Lingual is a new invention that is only found in Japan... Unfortunetly, we are unable to get it anywhere but Japan. It may not even come out to the United States. 7th grade students are doing a project in which they are doing a fake infomercial and they have chosen the Bow-lingual to base their project upon. I will update when further information is available..... thanx! l.m.q.
