() Cape Roca (Cabo da Roca) in Portugal some 40 km from Lisbon is the westernmost point of continental Europe and a popular tourist attraction. Its coordinates are 38' 47' North, 9' 30' West, 140 m above sea level, as evidenced by the inscription on a stone plaque at the site. There is also a lighthouse at the cape.
