\nAs of the census2 of 2000, there are 3,543 people, 1,584 households, and 1,040 families residing in the county. The population density is 0/km² (0/mi²). The racial makeup of the county is 87.75% White, 0.28% Black or African American, 2.20% Native American, 0.68% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 5.42% from other races, and 3.61% from two or more races. 19.16% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
