Citroën Saxo is a car built by Citroën from 1996 to 2003. It is a small hatchback and was sold in Europe. Much of its engineering was shared with the Peugeot 106 of its parent company, Peugeot.

During its development phase, the project was code-named "S8".

Many models have come and gone over the Saxo's lifetime, although underneath each different named model, e.g. Saxo First, Saxo Desire, Saxo Executive is one of the following engines.

All 4 Cylinder. 1.1, 1.4, and 1.5Diesel.

2 Models have remained since their introduction in 1998. Saxo VTR (1.6 8v Approx 100Bhp) Saxo VTS (1.6 16v 120Bhp)
