The Cortes (full form: Las Cortes Generales) is the name of the national legislative assembly of Spain.

The Cortes are a bicameral parliament, comprising the 350-member Congress of Deputies (Congreso de los Diputados) and an upper chamber, the 259-member Senate (Senado).

The term is also used for the subnational parliaments of several of Spain's autonomous communities and various bodies from Spanish history.
