The Democratic Party of Serbia is a political party in Serbia, led by Vojislav Kostunica, the former president of Yugoslavia. It used to form part of the Democratic Opposition of Serbia, but split from the group in 2001. In the 2003 parliamentary elections, it became the second largest single party, with 53 of 250 seats.
