Divion is a chief town of canton of north of France, in département of Pas-de-Calais (zone 62). It belongs to agglomeration of the Artois which gathers 58 communes, that is to say 200,000 inhabitants. The agglomeration absorbed the entire sous-préfecture (sub-prefecture) of Béthune.
Population (1999): 7,218 inhabitants for the city and 19,227 inhabitants for the canton.
