Donald Eugene Gibson (April 3, 1928 - November 17, 2003) was a country singer. He was born in Shelby, North Carolina, United States.

His first band was called Sons of the Soil, which started recording in 1948. Two of his greatest hits were Don't Tell Me Your Troubles (1959) and Sea of Heartbreak (1961).
