Effects include: Gain-based Overdrive Distortion (see Fuzz box) Tone-based Wah-wah Pitchshifter Time-based Delay Echo Chorus Flanging Vibrato(see below) Volume-based Tremolo(see below) Vibrato and Tremolo Guitarists use these terms inconsistently with each other and with other musicians.
