Farm Island Township is a township located in
Aitkin County, Minnesota. As of the
2000 census, the township had a total population of 1,071.
Geography
\nAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 92.4
km² (35.7
mi²). 72.7 km² (28.1 mi²) of it is land and 19.7 km² (7.6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 21.36% water.

2000, there are 1,071 people, 434 households, and 335 families residing in the township. The
