The racial makeup of the village is 88.53% White, 3.37% African American, 0.17% Native American, 0.84% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.52% from other races, and 5.56% from two or more races. 3.71% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 302 households out of which 21.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 27.5% are married couples living together, 8.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 60.3% are non-families. 52.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 1.96 and the average family size is 3.08.
