Phase 08: The Enemy Songstress
Lux floats around the dock. She cries out Ara, ara, ara? The Haro talks out Hello, Hello, Lux, which is kind of annoying. I assume Ara stands for Athrun. Kira grabs Lux’s arm and stops her from floating. Lux thanks him and Kira blushes. Then she realizes that this isn’t a ZAFT ship. Haro cries out. Natarle cover her head because of the stupidity. Marrue says yes… and Kira says that it isn’t, still blushing. In a apartment at the PLANT, Athrun is talking a shower. Then the phone rings. Athrun hears it and dries himself and gets out. He receives a message that they are to leave earlier. Athrun then switches on the TV. There is news about Lux and the ship with representatives didn’t come back last night. Athrun becomes in shock and wonders about Lux.
On Archangel, Lux thanks Marrue, Natarle, and Mwu for recovering her pod. She tells her full name, Lux Klien, and then tells the mechanical pink thing is her friend named Haro. Haro says hello. Marrue sighs. Mwu covers his face. Outside the room, Ssigh, and others are trying to listen to their conversation. Kira is standing in the hall. Then the door opens and Natarle tells them they have work to do. They all run off. Kira sees Lux waving at him. He blushes again and walks away. Mwu thens say that high concelor is also named Klien. Lux tells that he is her father. Lux then asks that if he knew him and Mwu covers his face again. Marrue sighs and asks how she ended up in the debris belt. She tells her story of preparing an anniversary for Janius 7, but the ship has met with some Earth military. The Earth military didn’t like why they are there, so they pushed her in an escape pod. Marrue whispers what they have done. Mwu asks what happened to their ship and Lux answers she doesn’t know.
On the PLANT, Athrun meets his father and Raww in front of Vesalius. Zala tells him to wait. He asks that he heard about Lux. Athrun acknowledges and says that Vesalius is in change of schedule for it. Raww tells him he’s a cold man. Raww says of course they are going after her. Athrun says that they don’t know if anything bad happened. Zala then reveals that a enforced Ginn hasn’t return yet. Raww tells that Janus 7 have pulled into the Earth’s belt and says they have lost contact of Gamow’s team. Zala says that it wouldn’t make sense if the Raww’s team stayed because Athrun and Lux are destined to marry. Zala says she’s an idol and leaves. Athrun asks if that is all about. Raww tells him to bring her as a hero or wailing on her dead body. Athrun looks at him, but Raww leaves and says it would be appropriate for him not to go.
Archangel leaves the debris belt. Everyone looks at Janus 7 on the screen and in thought. In a room Haro bounces and asks if Lux is alright. Haro tells her to fight and says, “Shouldn’t do that?” Lux tells Haro to pray quietly together. Kira walks in the hall and remembers the Ginn. He then concludes that it was looking for Lux and he feels worse. He then hears Fllay. He enters the room and asks what’s up. Kazui says that Fllay doesn’t want to get Milly’s food, so an argument came up. Fllay then says she doesn’t want to because it is scary with a place with coordinators. Kira hears it. Milly whispers to Fllay. Fllay then says that Kira doesn’t count, but she says that a coordinator isn’t smart, but they have good reflexives. Milly tells Fllay to stop. Fllay asks what if Lux is really strong. Then Lux asks who is strong. Everyone is surprised. She then says that she’s hungry and she wants some food. Kazui asks that they didn’t lock her door. Fllay asks why is she going out without permission, but Lux says that she called to come out, but no one answered. She then says her name is Lux. Fllay yells that she is ZAFT. Lux tells her the meaning of ZAFT and she says she isn’t in the military. She sees Fllay as the same and says that they are the same. She apologizes for the late greating and hands out a hand. Fllay tells her to stop. She then yells out that coordinators and naturals are not the same. That hurt Kira and Lux. They both leave the room, Kira carries her food tray. When they get into the room, Lux sighs. She asks if she has to stay inside. Kira tells her yes. Lux sits down and says that it’s lonely here. Kira tells her because this is a Earth ship and many don’t like coordinators because they are at war. Lux then tells that Kira is really nice to her and thanks him. Kira blushes and tells because he is a coordinator too. On the deck, Paru gets a message. Marrue tells him to code it. Out came a voice from a Earth Alliance ship. Everyone screams in joy. Neumann asks that they have been looking for them and says that now they can rest. Everyone laughs. Kira leaves Lux’s room and Ssigh tells he will talk to Fllay. Then there is singing. Ssigh tells that Lux has beautiful voice and says that has probably come from genetic engineering and tells Kira to eat with him. Ssigh leaves. Kira looks at him for a moment and runs after him.
On Vesalius, Ades tells Raww that there are Earth Alliance ships. Raww tells to chase them with caution. Archangel launches. Inide Ssigh tells Fllay that her father is on board one of the ship. Fllay cries in joy. In Lux’s room she wonders where they are going. Haro cries out, “Ara?” Lux giggles quietly.
