Hans Jacobsen initially worked for Atari before going on to nVIDIA.
Hans did some consulting work for VM Labs setting up Unix systems, backups, and documentation so that no systems administrator had to be hired for many years to come - it was maintained by folks just using his documentation.
He went on to found Product Operations at Excite and became Director of Product Operations.
