Hans Janmaat (November 3, 1934 - June 9, 2002) was a far-right politician in the Netherlands. He represented the Centrumpartij and his own Centrumdemocraten political parties in the Tweede Kamer, the Dutch lower house of parliament, between 1982 and 1994, when he withdrew from politics.

The policies that he advocated included the forced removal of all foreigners from the Netherlands. He was repeatedly prosecuted for discrimination and hate speech.

He died of heart problems at age 67.
