Henry Mower Rice (November 29, 1816 - January 15, 1894) was an American politican. Born in Waitsfield, Vermont, he served as a delegate to the United States Congress from the Terroritory of Minnesota from March 4, 1853 to March 3, 1857. He was elected as a Democrat to the United States Senate when Minnesota became a state. He served in the Senate from May 11, 1858 to March 3, 1863.
