The Henry Shaw Ozark Corridor Foundation is an orginization founded officially in 1994 to preserve the Ozark foothills along Interstate 44. In reality the foundation's main goal is to create an artificial green divide consisting of State, County, and private conservation areas seperating The West Saint Louis County communities of Pacific , Wildwood, and Eureka from the more industrialized South Saint Louis County communities of Valley Park, Fenton, and Kirkwood. the foundation is named after Henry Shaw the founder of the Missouri Botanical Garden.

The Henry Shaw Ozark Corridor is a long string of adjoining conservation areas running 24 miles along Interstate 44 and 40 miles along the Meramec River. Most of this area was devalued after the dioxin contamination in Times Beach, Missouri allowing the creation of these conservation areas and parks.
