It consisted of: General Khaled Nezzar (military) Ali Hussain Kafi Ali Haroun El-Tidjani Haddam Mohamed Boudiaf Chairman of the HCS was Mohamed Boudiaf from 16 January 1992 until his death in 29 June 1992.
