It is on the Bakerloo Line, between Queen's Park and Maida Vale tube stations. It is in zone 2. It opened on January 31, 1915. The station itself is situated approximately 100m west of, and close to the southern end of, the Kilburn High Road (shortly before it becomes Maida Vale), the A5.
