La Ferte Alais (La Ferté Alais -FR) is a small town of 3,000 in Essonnes, France. It is 52 Km south of Paris.

Its airfield (in Cerny really), hosts a world-famous air show for vintage WWI and WWII aircrafts, and a museum of such aircrafts.

It even has the aircraft (still airworthy) that Louis Berliot used to cross the English Channel in 1909.
