Leo II of Armenia (died 1219) was king of Armenia, ruling from 1187 to 1219.

Leo was married twice: first to Isabelle of Austria, and then to Sybilla of Lusignan, daughter of Amalric II of Jerusalem. Leo named his daughter Isabella as his heir, despite the existence of his grandson (son of his eldest daughter Rita) and Raymond-Rupen (grandson of Rupen III of Armenia).

On his death Leo was succeeded by his daughter Isabella.
