Lily Estefan (born 1972) is a famous Cuban-American model and show host. She is the niece of world famous music producer Emilio Estefan, and the niece-in-law of the even more famous singer, Gloria Estefan. A bond of friendship has united Lily Estefan with her uncle and aunt for a very long time.

Estefan first came to the spotlight in 1991, when she was hired by Univision to participate as a model at Sabado Gigante. Alongside Don Francisco, Estefan quickly became both a public favorite and a favorite of the show host himself, as he admitted in his autobiography released in 2002. Estefan had large exposition among United States Hispanics during the seven years in which she worked at Sabado Gigante.

In 1998, she was hired to work at Univision's new project, El Gordo y La Flaca. She and Raul De Molina share the cameras in this show, where much gossip is given about Hispanic entertainers from mondays to fridays. The show allowed Estefan to visit such Latin American countries as Mexico and Puerto Rico several times. Estefan, nicknamed La Flaca (The Skinny One) in the show, has also been able to interview several Hispanic show business legends. Although she has basically been able to stay off controversy during her five years as host of the show, Estefan was nevertheless involved in the infamous last interview that Patty Navidad gave to El Gordo y La Flaca. In another well commented incident, Estefan slapped Los Temerarios band member Adolfo Angel across his face, after he tried to kiss her.

The show's name is an obvious reference to the nickname given in Spanish to Laurel and Hardy: El Gordo y El Flaco.

In 2002, Estefan had her first child, a daughter. Father Alberto Cutie baptized her child.

Estefan also covered the funeral of Celia Cruz live as part of her television show.
