It is only in Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire, and can be found on Route 128 and Ever Grande City by fishing. Luvdisc can learn Attract, so be cautious! It is very oblivious but a little cute as well. It is quite easy to catch, so you won't have a problem! Wallace uses a level 40 female Luvdisc with Attract and Water Pulse. It is his easiest Pokemon.
