Mae (Maxwell) Harrington (January 20, 1889-December 29, 2002) is the oldest person in the history of the state of New York, breaking the record held since the 1920s by Delina Filkins. Born in Rochester, she became the oldest person in the United States on the death of Adelina Domingues. After her death, the oldest person in the United States was Mary Christian.

Because she was not authenticated until after her death, the public recognition she was due went to Mary Parr (February 1889-October 2002).
