Millbrook (population 1,500) is a town located 30 miles north of Lake Ontario in Ontario, Canada.
Located in the Kawarthas, a region of many lakes, Millbrook has one main street and a number of quaint shops. It is situated in a hollow located between Highway 115 and County Road 28, about 1/2 hour drive from Peterborough, and 1 1/2 hours from Toronto.
Some of its significant features are an old mill by the pond, and a now-closed maximum security prison, Millbrook Correctional Centre.
