Miller Brewing is a large American beermaker based in Milwaukee.

It was acquired by South African Brewing from Philip Morris on May 30, 2002, to form SABMiller P.L.C for $3.6 billion worth of stock and $2 billion in debt, with Philip Morris retaining a 36% share, with voting rights of 24.99%.

Its brands include Miller Genuine Draft and Miller Lite, which lag far behind Anheuser-Busch's leading brands.
