Modern Talking is a pop duo consisting of composer Dieter Bohlen and singer Thomas Anders. It is the single most successful pop group in Germany (by sales).

First formed in the 1980's, they became popular with a number of songs which were more or less similar to each other - the group was blamed for using only two chords in all of their songs, but this was not limiting sales. After splitting up, the duo reunited in the late 1990's, again reaching the top of the charts. Bohlen and Anders split again in 2003.
