Moulsoe is a village in the Unitary District of Milton Keynes, England. It is located on the border with Bedfordshire, just outside Milton Keynes, and about two and a half miles ESE of Newport Pagnell.

The village name, is Anglo Saxon in origin, and means 'Mul's hill spur'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the village was recorded as Moleshou.
