Northwest Aitkin is an unorganized territory located in Aitkin County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the unorganized territory had a total population of 335.

Geography

United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 759.2 km² (293.1 mi²). 745.2 km² (287.7 mi²) of it is land and 14.0 km² (5.4 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.85% water.

census of 2000, there are 335 people, 125 households, and 101 families residing in the unorganized territory. The population density is 0.4/km² (1.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the unorganized territory is 97.31% White, 0.00% African American, 0.90% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.79% from two or more races. 2.09% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
