The Order of the White Star is bestowed on Estonian citizens in order to give recognition for services rendered in state public service or local government and on aliens for services rendered to the Estonian state. The colour tone of the red moir ribands belonging to the decorations of all the classes of the Order of the White Star is determined according to the international PANTONE colour-table as 206 MC.
