Nickelodeon's Out of Control was a comedy series that ran from 1984-1985

In his pre-Full House and America's Funniest People days, Dave Coulier starred in this comedy show. "Out of Control" was goofy, silly, punny, and arguably hilarious. The cast included the aforementioned Dave Coulier ("Cut..It..Out!"), who was a loudmouthed, make-up encrusted poster child of the 80s; Diz (Diz McNally), who had a secret crush on Dave, and was able to let out a scream so shrill it could break glass; a dumb blonde reporter Angela Scoop (Jill Wakewood); Hern (Marty Schiff), who had the personality of paint thinner; and finally nerdy inventor Waldo (David Stenstrom), who invented a "hurry-up machine" that could make ardous tasks (such as going to school and cleaning your room) go by at spectacular speeds. In addition to the characters, the show was packed with Monty Pythonesque animations (Cliff Johnson); most notable of these included: It's Probably True, Adult Education, Great Moments in Inventions, and How Not To Do Things.
