Parminder K. Nagra (born October 5, 1975 in Leicester, England) is a British actress of Indian descent.
Parminder came to prominence in the 2002 movie Bend It Like Beckham where she starred as as Jesminder 'Jess' Bhamra. She also plays Neela Rasgotra on the television series ER.
