Ratko Mladić was the leader of the Bosnian Serb Army during the Bosnian war. He has been indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, charged with genocide and other crimes, and has been accused of allowing the massacre at Srebrenica.

He had lived in Belgrade in Yugoslavia, as a fugitive from the ICTY until Slobodan Milosevic was arrested. He then fled, and is believed in hiding somewhere in the Republika Srpska.
