Richard J. Guadagno (September 26, 1962 - September 11, 2001) was refuge manager for the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge in California where he oversaw the construction of a new refuge headquarters scheduled to open in late 2001.

Guadagno died at 38 in the crash of United Airlines flight 93 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack. He was on his way back home after visiting family in New Jersey and Vermont including attending his grandmother's 100th birthday.
