Main Page | See live article | Alphabetical index Rico Dredd is a fictional character who has appeared in the comics in 2000 A.D magazine, notably in "The Return of Rico" (in 2000 A.D. #30, 1977). Rico was a brother of Joe Dredd, the star of 2000 A.D. - which is to say that they were both from the same batch of clones - and, like him, became a Judge in Mega-City One. Of the two brothers, Rico demonstrated the higher levels of skill and achievement, but his bright career was cut short when he was found to be engaging in criminal activities on the side. He was arrested by his own brother and shipped off to a prison colony on Titan. Rico was used as a villain in the Judge Dredd movie, in which Joe was played by Sylvester Stallone and Rico by Armand Assante. This article is from Wikipedia.
