Robert Harvey (born August 21, 1971) is an Australian football player. He made his AFL début when he was recruited from Seaford by the St Kilda Football Club. Harvey is well-known for his evasive skills which have had him likened to an Irish dancer. He won consecutive Brownlow Medals in 1997 and 1998.

Harvey struggled with injury in the later years of his career which saw him undergo a knee reconstruction as well as suffering from dogged hamstring problems. In 2003, however, he was able to play out a full season with his beloved Saints, to whom he has made a life-long commitment.
