census of 2000, there are 416 people, 157 households, and 118 families residing in the village. The population density is 162.2/km² (420.8/mi²). There are 167 housing units at an average density of 65.1/km² (168.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 92.07% White, 0.00% African American, 1.92% Native American, 0.24% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 5.05% from other races, and 0.72% from two or more races. 9.13% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 157 households out of which 34.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.6% are married couples living together, 14.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 24.8% are non-families. 19.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.61 and the average family size is 2.88. In the village the population is spread out with 28.4% under the age of 18, 10.6% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 10.8% who are 65 years of age or older.
