Russell T. Davies (born 1963) is a British television writer. He created and wrote the television series Queer as Folk and Bob & Rose.
In 2003, the British Broadcasting Corporation announced that Davies had been placed in charge of a revival of the science fiction series Doctor Who, expected to debut in 2005.
