Scottish Militant Labour (SML) were a minor political party operating in Scotland in the 1990s. They were formed when Militant Tendency abandoned it's entryist aims to change the political direction of the Labour Party.

A strictly Trotskyite organisation their leading member was Tommy Sheridan. The party was successful in winning a number of council seats in Glasgow in the 1995 unitary authority elections.

In 1996 they led the formation of the Scottish Socialist Alliance, the precursor of the modern Scottish Socialist Party (SSP), formed in 1998. The members of the former SML still form the basic leadership of the SSP today.
