Sempad (or Sambat) of Armenia (died c.1310) was king of Armenia, ruling from 1297 to 1299. He was the son of Leo III of Armenia and Kyranna de Lampron.

Sempad seized the throne of Armenia while his brother Hethum II was in Constantinople, and on Hethum's return, Sempad had Hethum blinded and imprisoned. With the help of his younger brother Constantine III, Hethum overthrew Sempad, and was restored to the throne.
