Main Page | See live article | Alphabetical index The Barbi Twins (born April 2, 1963) are identical twins who became famous in the 1990s as pinup models, posing together in two of Playboy's top selling issues. They have also created four calendars, which they sold worldwide, making them famous. In July 2002, they were named as official pinup ladies of the United States Army. They got their start in modelling, at the age of seven, when they posed for a layout in the Sears catalog. Fame disappeared from them quickly. They both developed bulimia and have since become speakers about the disease. They wrote a book Dying To Be Healthy: A Breakthrough Diet, Nutrition and Self Help Guide (ISBN 1892049422), published in April 2001 by Triumph Books, about their experiences.
