Sour mix is used in many cocktails.

  1. Whisk one egg white in a medium-sized bowl until frothy
  2. Stir in one cup of sugar
  3. Add two cups of water
  4. Add two cups of lemon juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  5. Stir all ingredients well

Store the mix refrigerated and use within three days of making it.
