South Park Mexican (or SPM) is a Houston, Texas-native and rapper, one of the few Mexican rappers to border on mainstream rap.

Growing up in South Park, Houston, a notorious ghetto, he began selling drugs, quitting in 1994 and beginning his rap career. On his own label, Dope House Records, SPM released Hustle Town and Power Moves to local fame. Touring throughout Texas, SPM released The 3rd Wish and The Purity Album before moving to Universal Records for Time Is Money and Never Change. Neither established him in the mainstream, despite advertising blitzes from Universal.

South Park Mexican was later accused of molesting a child.
