Stanley Thomas Meads (born July 12 1938) was a noted rugby union All Black footballer. He was born in Arapuni, New Zealand.

He was overshadowed somewhat by older brother Colin Meads who has often been referred to as the greatest rugby footballer of all time, but was himself a powerful player of great skill. A versatile lock, No 8 or flanker, he scored four tries for New Zealand in 30 games (15 tests). He locked the All Black scrum on many occasions with brother Colin. He was at the very top of his form in 1966 when he surprisingly announced his retirement, to concentrate on his sheep farm near Te Kuiti.
